I LOVE TO EXERCISE and I know this comes through in my classes and personal training. There is no reason why a workout cannot be fun. All classes are very relaxed, fun and have helped form strong and long lasting friendships.
I understand the difficulty of organising childcare so you can workout, so why not bring your little one along? Whether you workout with your little one or while they watch from their buggy, you are WELCOME AT ALL OF THE CLASSES! I can also adapt exercises to meet your fitness needs while taking into consideration where you are in your postpartum recovery.
If you’re an English-speaking expat in the Düsseldorf area, it can be difficult to find activities in your native tongue. Come to one of my classes! It’s a great way to find other English-speakers and FEEL AT HOME. Non-native speakers are also welcome to come and practice speaking English.
Everyone is at a different point on their fitness journey with different experiences and abilities. You may be returning to exercise after pregnancy, long term illness or an injury. Jumping right back into exercise without adapting your workout can lead to injury.
When returning to exercise, you need to remember to REGRESS TO PROGRESS in order to start again. For that reason, I always show ways to modify all of the moves in the classes, so you are guaranteed a safe but effective workout, and progress at your own pace. I also take time at the beginning of each class to talk to those who might need to take it easy.
